Candidates are free to provide the personal data, however failure to do so may result in failure to continue the recruitment process.

Your personal information might be disclosed to authorities when required by applicable laws or to third parties to abide contractual obligations, or to advisors (natural or legal persons) or contractors that will perform recruitment activities in outsourcing. These subjects will act as data processors.
Your data might also be accessed by Diaco Biofarmaceutici’s employees, specifically authorized to process your data, for the purposes stated above.
Diaco Biofarmaceutici may process your personal information through companies situated in Italy or abroad (E.U. or extra E.U. countries). These companies act as a data processors or joint controllers regarding user’s personal data.
