QUALITY CONTROL OPERATOR- PHARMA

We are looking for a QC operator for our chemical-physical laboratory who is able to perform the ordinary activities of a pharmaceutical laboratory with a growing level of autonomy and responsibility.

Tasks: the resource, referring to the Chemical-Physical Laboratory Supervisor, will be in charge of:

 

  • doing chemical-physical laboratory tests on raw materials, packaging materials and finished products;
  • data record and analysis;
  • writing lab documents;
  • carrying out samplings on plants for the chemical-physical tests;
  • writing SOPs related to QC
  • maintaining glassware and tools used in the laboratory ;
  • verifying the calibration of the tools used in the laboratory;
  • managing reagents.

Requirements:

  • Degree, preferably in Chemistry or CTF;
  • knowledge of GLP (Good Laboratory Practice);
  • preferable knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice);
  • at least 2 years of work experience in chemical-physical laboratories, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, or otherwise in the chemical, cosmetic or food industry;
  • knowledge of basic laboratory techniques (titration, PH, conductivity; etc.)
  • knowledge of the main laboratory tools (HPLC, UV-Visible, FTR, atomic absorption, etc.)
  • preferable experience in the maintenance of analysis tools;
  • preferable experience in the validation of analytical methods;
  • aptitude to problem solving;
  • good knowledge of the English language and Office software;
  • full-time availabiltyt and domicile in the Trieste area.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the General Manager.

Responsibilities:

The Personal Assistant will support the General Manager with the management of his daily activities, carrying out organizational and operative duties and interacting mainly in English or Russian/Ukrainian language; the main expected tasks are:

  • Management of the relationship with suppliers, authorities and institutions;
  • Management of the General Manager’s agenda;
  • Documents arrangement;
  • Organization of meetings, presentations, official communications and events;
  • Management of internal and external communication.

Requirements:

  • Degree, preferably in economic/juridical disciplines or in foreign languages;
  • Previous experience in the role;
  • Excellent knowledge of English language and good knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian language;

COUNTRY SALES MANAGER – PHARMA

We are currently looking for a COUNTRY SALES MANAGER who will coordinate and manage the Italian pharmaceutical sales department, reporting to the General Manager.

Main responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the sales strategy of the assigned Business Unit reaching targets;
  • Ensure to Diaco Biofarmaceutici a leading position in relevant markets;
  • Build and manage a sales network;
  • Develope new business (Hospitals, Distributors, Pharmaceutical Companies);
  • Develope relationships with Opinion Leaders and promote meetings and scientific events;
  • Deal with key clients;
  • ongoing update on market and competitors.

Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical market;
  • Previous successful experience in the role and in the launch of new product lines;
  • Experience in the implementation and management of sales networks (agents and distributors);
  • Experience in the management of tenders;
  • Experience in Radiology sales field;
  • Availability to travel often through Italy and occasionally abroad;
  • Strong leadership skills, result-oriented, change management and negotiation;
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English.

SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST

We are currently looking for a SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST to manage the supply chain and become a touchstone for a team facing organizational and technological changes.

Responsibilities

The resource will be employed by our productive site in Trieste and will deal with:

  • defining planning and supply of products in compliance with sales forecasts
  • coordinating the “supply chain”, managing suppliers and both supply and distribution times and costs;
  • monitoring inventories and stock supplies of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products;
  • contributing to the maximization of activities and processes, identifying and implementing cost-saving and efficiency-improving initiatives throughout the whole supply chain;
  • Manage the relationship with the Corporate, based in Ukraine, as regards Supply Chain aspects.

Requirements

  • previous 2-3 year experience in responsibility positions related to the Supply Chain/Logistics;
  • Industrial Engineering/Statistics/Economics Degree;
  • fluent knowledge of English language and, preferably, of Russian and/or Ukrainian language;
  • excellent organizational, analysis and problem solving skills;
  • ability to lead a team through organizational and technological change;
  • excellent knowledge of Excel and the main IT tools;
  • residence in Trieste or nearby or availability to move.

EXPERT MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE OPERATOR

We are looking for an Expert Mechanical Maintenance Operator who has a long-standing experience and is thus autonomous in his/her tasks.

Tasks: at the beginning the resource will coordinate the changes to the line machineries, while later he/she will deal with the  maintenance of our machinery and tools preventing and fixing any potential breakdowns.

Requirements:

  • At least 5-year experience in the job role preferably in the pharmaceutical, food liquids or tobacco fields;
  • Technical diploma;
  • Oil-Hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge;
  • Knowledge and use of the main mechanical tolls and equipment;
  • Knowledge and use of lathe, cutter, wire and electrode welding, blowtorch;
  • Reading and interpretation of a mechanical drawing;
  • Experience of team management;
  • Knowledge of electro-mechanics and industrial automation;
  • Availability to work on three shifts;
  • Domicile in the area nearby;
  • Precision and proactivity;
  • Knowledge of the English language and main software.
